Problem

The exhibition platform contained large volumes of event information, exhibitor listings, and registration steps without a clear structure, making navigation confusing and reducing user engagement.

Goal

Managing content-heavy pages while maintaining clarity and ensuring both attendees and exhibitors could easily find relevant information.

Research Insights

Users struggle to interpret medical terminology in reports.
Important health indicators are often buried within large documents.
Patients want quick summaries instead of reading full reports.
Trust and clarity are essential in healthcare interfaces.

Solution

Reorganized the information architecture, categorized exhibitors logically, redesigned the event schedule layout, and simplified the multi-step registration flow to create a more intuitive and structured experience.
